Magazine which is issued in Icahn school of medicine about Alzheimer's researchers took 549 foods and cook them with different methods. After cooking they found that foods which are cooked at high temperature and for long time develops a complex mixture of "Advance Glynnis and product"which contain glucose and protein. In scientific term this mixture is called "A J I"
Scientists believe that the increased quantity of A J I in human body can create fatal diseases and Alzheimer's is one of them.This disease directly affects human brain. Person who got this disease first forgets some small things and events and gradually losses his memory.
