Secret of long life revealed. Dont Run fast.





American scientist take the sample of 1000 healthy men and women from the age between 20 to 80 and researched their activities for 12 years and then they take sample of 400 from the same 1000 men and women who do not walk fast instead they prefer to run fast sometimes. Results are really shocking when scientists found that 78 percent people who used to walk fast live more than those who do not jog and run sometimes.

scientists also believe that regular jogging shows dramatic increase in life expectancy. Director of university of California  Carl Watson who is also an important member of this research team says that from all our past research it is proved that people who walk fast used to live very long than those who used to run very fast. He further added that too much hard exercise put negative effects on our health. hard exercises is only for athletes. According to him if you walk fast for only 20 min in three days a week you will see a dramatic change in your health.
