Latest Research done by medical experts in London Shows that more sleep can be harmful.Usually Experts says that less sleep is harmful to health but the latest research shows that sleeping more than 8 hours can be harmful to Health. Specially when women sleeps more than 8 hours than it will increases the chance of paralysis. 

In "medical journal Neurology" which is a famous Health journal there is a report issued in this journal by the Experts of University of Cambridge and university of Warwick. They research the relationship between sleeping and paralysis and take sample of  the people between the ages of 42 to 82 years and test it on 10 thousand people for more than then Years and the result was really shocking.

They found that out of ten people 7 are those who sleeps 6 to 8 hours while 1 sleeps more than 8 hours they also found that old people sleeps less than 6 hours and people who sleeps more than 8 hours have 46% chance of getting paralysis while those who sleeps less than 6 hours have 18% chances of paralysis. Researchers are shocked when they experimented the test by taking men and women samples separately. They found that women who sleeps more than 8 hours a day have 80% chances of getting paralyzed.
